Who am I?
I am a South African Ph.D. chemical engineer. I initially worked as an academic before spending nearly 30 years in the petrochemical industry. I now work as an academic at a business school. I am a 63-year-old married family man with two sons aged 21 and 24. I am annoyingly opinionated and irreverent about almost everything except the scientific method. I am in awe of what science has revealed to us about our small place in a vast universe. I have a very lowly position in the global dominance hierarchy
